Thirty two teams are contesting the two day carnival at Park Beach this weekend. The tournament consists of five fifteen end matches, and winners are determined on a point score system with 20 points for a win, 10 for a draw, 0 for a loss, and 1 point per end won.
After the opening three rounds only five sides successfully won each match and remain in the hunt for the $2000.00 first prize.

One side has 2.5 wins, and at least a half dozen more have 2 wins from three and have a large number of ends won, so there is no guarantee that the winning combination will be one of the above, but for now these sides are in the box seat, and the title for 2012 is theirs to win or lose...
