Round Four Pennant Preview

Urunga and Nambucca face a crunch game today to keep themselves in contention when they clash at Urunga today in the combined First and Second Grade  Fourth round. All sides in the second division are evenly poised, with Nambucca Heads and Urunga both within 2.5 points of the leading side. A win today could catapult either side into the lead, however a loss could put the unfortunate team into an irretrievable position.
Sawtell will also play a pressure match when they host Park Beach Two's. Both sides are coming off third round losses and both find themselves needing a victory to stay in the hunt. Sawtell will look to P.T Clarke to anchor the team whilst Parky will similarly look to Rob Wardrop to find his 2011 form.
Finally West Coffs face the daunting task of taking down Park Beach firsts at Park Beach. West Coffs is leading the second grade sides and are in reasonable form but will have to find top gear against a side that has already moved 7.5 points clear of the field.

In Grade Three Coffs Ex Services will hope to take back first place when they travel to Scotts Head, whilst Sawtell and Woolgoolga will do battle at Sawtell. Park Beach has the bye.

Nambucca Heads will host second placed Bellingen in the round four match of the round, whilst in grade five first and second place will go head to head when Coffs hosts West Coffs.

In Grade Six, West Coffs will be hoping for a massive form reversal when they clash with ladder leaders Nambucca Heads at home. The host side is yet to register a point and if they are to do so today they will need to find a new gear.

Finally in the Grade Seven sections, the leaders of section one, being Bowraville and Nambucca Heads clash at Nambucca, and in section two Coffs will travel to Wolgoolga where both sides will hope to take advantage of leaders Urunga having the bye.

Good luck to all...

Chippy
