Round One Pennant continued..

Grade Three saw Coffs Ex Services start the season in the right manner, both sides recording solid victories over Woolgoolga and Park Beach respectively. 5-1 appeared to be a popular score in the opening round with Bellingen, Urunga and Park Beach all recording  a two rinks to one success in Grade Four. Grade Five saw two sides buck the trend and record clean sweep wins, Bowraville and West Coffs taking early ownership of the table. Sawtell and Urunga also scored three rink wins in their Grade Six clashes to signal a warning to their opposition.
In the Grade Seven sections it was Urunga, Bowraville and the two Park Beach sides that flexed some muscle to take the major points.
In some grades there are only eight scoring opportunities so those who have started the year with defeat will be desperate to bounce back this coming Saturday...

Cheers,

Chippy
