Upcoming Tournament

Many Thanks to Ken Lowry from West Coffs for the following information on the upcoming West Coffs Triples Tournament...

West Coffs Mens Bowling Club is on a very confident roll in 2012 with a new and enthusiastic committee fully committed to building the club back to previous high standards and membership numbers.

Currently sitting on over 150 full members, with new member prospects turning up to play weekly on what the club proudly boasts as the best three turf greens in Northern NSW, West Coffs is approaching the start of the district pennant season with solid teams entered in grades two, five and six.

Looking ahead, West Coffs Mens Bowling Club has scheduled their popular Open Mens Triples Tournament for the weekend of 30^th June and 1^st July 2012 with many of the attending 2011 teams already indicating their guaranteed participation and many other district association teams making early enquiries.

Last year teams came from as far away as Gippsland Victoria to enjoy keen competition at what is properly referred to as the “friendly club”.

West Coffs officials are still in the process of finalizing tournament sponsorship but intending teams are encouraged to get in early with their accommodation reservations.

Closing date for nominations is Saturday 23^rd June.
